  • Delta Airlines - Richfield. 5/11 - present. Created Graphic Standards Manual for Tech Pubs division. Edited Airline illustrations for IPC catalogs.

  • VilleMedia - Chanhassen. 12/08 – 5/11. Web/graphic design and support.

  • Northwest Airlines - Eagan. 10/07 – 12/08. Before the merger with Delta, Northwest had an
    E-learning division that helped train their pilots online. I created web-based training in Dreamweaver and supplied multimedia creatives for the online training courses.

  • Xerox - Bloomington. 1/07 – 10/07. Xerox took over the support contract that EDS had with Vanguard Car Rental. Same duties as EDS below, but added experience with "Docushare" - their CMS system.

  • EDS - Edina. 2/05 – 12/06. EDS (Electronic Data Systems) provided documentation and training support for Vanguard Car Rental employees (National and Alamo brands). I maintained branding requirements, created graphics, splash pages, mock-ups, employee training CDs, revised the company SOP manual, and maintained the intranet site for Vanguard's Canadian division.

  • Miracle-Ear - Plymouth. 5/04 – 4/05. Miracle-Ear was converting their hard-copy training manuals to online versions for employee training. I helped create the pages using HTML in a proprietary software.

  • Thomson-West/Findlaw – Eagan. 3/04 -11/04. Here I created mock-up page templates for legal client websites and also updated over 25 existing web page templates.

  • BI - Edina. 12/01 – 7/02. BI specializes in custom development of online courses using E-learning and instruction-led training. I created over 75 Flash animations and re-purposed many others for a training project involving a large national retailer.

  • Retek - Mpls. 3/00 – 7/01. Retek provided e-commerce software solutions to help businesses be more productive and profitable. I produced web page design for their company website and also helped the marketing department with branding design and online newsletters.

  • Microsoft - Mpls. 4/98 – 3/00. I was Project Manager and Design Lead for the "Twin Cities Sidewalk " website, a nation-wide city guide developed by Microsoft. Our team created internal websites and banner ads for companies wanting to advertise on Twin Cities Sidewalk.
